Important Note:

• During this production delay period, the factory will halt operations.
• Orders placed during this production delay period will be prioritized for production as soon as the Lunar New Year holiday ends on February 4, 2025.

• Print: Dye-sublimation printing
• Perforated upper for breathability
• Stitching on the sole is more firm
• High poly insole: breathble, deodorant
• EVA outsole: EVA soles can provide a bit more grip than rubber soles, despite the fact that rubber soles are larger and more durable. They're also more lightweight, robust, and shock absorbent than rubber

• Upper constructed with a combination of synthetic tumbled leather for durability

Order Modifications Or Cancellation:

• After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge.
• After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
  There is no cancellation after the order has been processed.

• Cases, where products are too tight or loose, will not be accepted for returns if we have sent the correct size and specifications that you ordered.

• Please note that colors may slightly vary due to different screen settings. This is not a valid reason for a return. We encourage customers to review product images carefully.

• Product damaged during shipping: If the product was damaged during transit (e.g., scratches, cracks), please take a photo and submit it with your return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
