Important Note:

• During this production delay period, the factory will halt operations.
• Orders placed during this production delay period will be prioritized for production as soon as the Lunar New Year holiday ends on February 4, 2025.

• Material: Polyester. Constructed from a premium polyester blend that is ultra-soft and incredibly comfortable
• Features a specialty high definition heat-dye application that ensures long-lasting color vibrancy even after machine washing

• Each all over printed Polo shirt is custom printed, cut, and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams and /or arms due to the custom nature of the production process, may vary by a few inches (0.5-1.2 in)

Order Modifications Or Cancellation:

• After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge.
• After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
  There is no cancellation after the order has been processed.

• We provide a detailed size chart and specifications for each product in our store. Customers are responsible for checking these specifications before placing an order. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart to avoid sizing issues.
• Cases, where products are too tight or loose, will not be accepted for returns if we have sent the correct size and specifications that you ordered.

• Please note that colors may slightly vary due to different screen settings. This is not a valid reason for a return. We encourage customers to review product images carefully.

4.   Notice Regarding Non-Authentic or Replica Products:

• All items labeled as "fake" or "replica" are clearly shown in the product description. When purchasing these items, you confirm that you understand they are not authentic products. We do not accept returns based on complaints about counterfeit goods.

• Replacement products will be quality-checked, carefully packaged, and completely free of charge if the issue is on our end or the manufacturer’s fault.
  Replacements will be sent as soon as the request is confirmed.

5.2. Return Acceptance for the Following Cases:

• Defective product: If the received product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing parts, functionality issues).
• Product damaged during shipping: If the product was damaged during transit (e.g., scratches, cracks), please take a photo and submit it with your return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
