Order Modifications Or Cancellation:

• After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge.
• After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
  There is no cancellation after the order has been processed.

• Cases, where products are too tight or loose, will not be accepted for returns if we have sent the correct size and specifications that you ordered.

• Please note that colors may slightly vary due to different screen settings. This is not a valid reason for a return. We encourage customers to review product images carefully.

• All items labeled as "fake" or "replica" are clearly shown in the product description. When purchasing these items, you confirm that you understand they are not authentic products. We do not accept returns based on complaints about counterfeit goods.

• Product damaged during shipping: If the product was damaged during transit (e.g., scratches, cracks), please take a photo and submit it with your return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
